Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of publishertool.com (the "Site") and the free AdSense readiness audit tool we provide (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PublisherTool provides an automated tool that analyzes publicly accessible web pages and returns an estimated readiness score along with recommendations related to Google AdSense Program Policies and general SEO best practices. The Service also includes editorial articles written by our team.

All scores, badges, recommendations, and timelines produced by the Service are estimates based on heuristics. They are not a guarantee of AdSense approval, ad revenue, search ranking, or any other specific outcome. Only Google can decide whether a site is approved for AdSense.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to submit any URL you analyze.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze.
  • Use the Service to scrape, copy, or republish our scoring logic, content, or database.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or any other technical restriction.
  • Interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure, or other users.
  • Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, harassment, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service except where permitted by law.

We may suspend or restrict access — temporarily or permanently — for any account or IP that violates these rules, with or without notice.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, graphics, code, audit logic, scoring algorithms, and editorial content, is owned by PublisherTool or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may share and link to our articles for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Republishing full articles or commercial reuse requires our written permission.

5. User submissions

If you submit a comment, correction, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and incorporate that submission for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your submission.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (including Google AdSense documentation). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that audits will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the recommendations will result in AdSense approval.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublisherTool and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed USD 50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PublisherTool harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 4 through 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PublisherTool's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
